Embedding and Measuring Social Value.

The "National TOMs 2022 Calculator" is a tool used by public sector organizations in the UK to measure and report on the social value created through their contracts. It's part of the larger National Themes, Outcomes and Measures (TOMs) framework, which helps assess the impact of procurement on various social, economic, and environmental issues. The calculator is available as a spreadsheet from the Local Government Association (LGA) and other sources.
