Jerome Tsui CL
Jerome Tsui is the founding director of 1828 Ltd. and is a registered architect, mediator, auditor and fellow of the higher education academy.
Jerome is an award-winning architect, edcuator and inclusion leader with diverse experience across the housing, non-profit and education industries. He possesses a passion for promoting fair and inclusive people practices and the creation of sustainable and resilient communities.
Having been a Director of EDI at the University of Kent, he continues to apply his change leadership and experience in board governance, advocacy and public engagement through his inclusion and accessibility design practice, 1828.
He advocates for cultural change through challenging mindset, behaviors and processes, driving sustainable and impactful growth through human-centered design and system thinking.
Working across multiple disciplines and industries, his strategic and stakeholder experience includes engagement with local councils. volunteers, marginalised communities, and board level negotiation for the London Olympic and Paralympic Games.
With over 10 years of experience in Higher Education, he continues to apply his experience in education as advisory board member and external examiner at various institutions.
