Inclusion in Practice - building social value into how you win work. One of four continuous professional development “Part IV” offering at London School of Architecture.

1828 provided strategic direction to London School of Architecture on the development of their digital and blended learning modules on continuous professional development (CPD) subject matters (such as fire safety, heritage, ethics and inclusion) for design practitioners.

Members of our team also served on the advisory board overseeing delivery of the course learning objectives and safeguarding the mission and purpose of the “Part IV” CPD programme for architects, design practices and other build environment professionals.

We consulted on course design, structure, hybrid mode of delivery and facilitated workshops with Unheard Voice’s Marsha Ramroop for the course on “Inclusion in Practice: Building Social Value in the Procurement Process Course.”

This course offered guidance to professional practices in measuring performances, meeting relevant social value regulatory requirements and inclusion framework such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals, UK’s Public Service (Social Value) Act 2012 and Equality Act 2010.
