Our founder Jerome Tsui is a former KPMG Audit Manager and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), with a track record in data integrity, cybersecurity, and internal control frameworks for regulated and service-oriented organisations.

Currently, he serves on the Board and Audit & Risk Committees of Jigsaw Homes, Havant Housing Association, and the Chartered Institute of Housing’s ARC—helping shape oversight across safeguarding, complaint handling, consumer regulation, and strategic people objectives.
